Idea at 9.Working by 5.
925.work is where people at work turn ideas into a high quality working prototype. Put in a name and a description, get on with your day, and after lunch it's working.
925.work is where people at work turn ideas into a high quality working prototype. Put in a name and a description, get on with your day, and after lunch it's working.
Name your idea, describe it, and get on with your day. By the afternoon it's a working prototype you can click, share and show, and we email you the moment it's ready. Pick where you work to see the problem it solves for you.
Every workplace is stuck talking about things nobody can see. A new tool, a product feature, a better process, an app for a client. The idea lives in one person's head, and everyone else pictures their own version.
So there's another meeting. Then the vendor demos that almost fit. Then the spec nobody reads. Then, months in, someone says "if it doesn't do this, it's no good."
Meetings multiply because the thing is invisible. 925.work makes it exist before the meeting. Walk in with it working, and the conversation goes from "what do you mean?" to "yes, that" in one go.
For years you had two choices. Buy software made for the average company, or spend months and a big budget building your own. So you paid for subscriptions that half fit and worked around the rest.
Now a working version of your own tool can exist by the afternoon. Prototype the one that fits how your team actually works, then decide whether to build it, buy something close, or leave it.
In software or not. An agency or not. A manager, a specialist, a coordinator or a founder. If you've ever sat in a meeting about something nobody could see, this is for you.
You run everything. The business works, but it's held together by spreadsheets, sticky notes and three apps that each do half the job. The idea for a better way is clear in your head. There's just never time to make it real.
So the workaround stays. Then another one gets added on top. No IT department, no developer, and every quote costs more than the problem.
Workarounds stick because the better way is invisible. 925.work makes it exist while you run the business. See your own tool working, and decide in minutes whether it's worth it.
For years you had two choices. Pay monthly for apps made for the average business, or pay a developer more than you could afford. So you stacked up subscriptions that each did half the job and filled the gaps yourself.
Now a working version of your own tool can exist by the afternoon. Prototype the one that fits how your business actually runs, then decide whether to build it, buy something close, or leave it.
The owner, the office manager or the one person who keeps it all running. If you've ever said "there has to be a better way to do this," this is for you.
Tradies are switched on with tech now. You know the job app you'd build: how the job sheet should work, what the customer signs, what the office needs. But you're on the tools all day and the paperwork happens at night.
So the clipboard stays. The photos stay lost in your camera roll. And you've got no time to learn code or argue with an AI chat to get it built.
The app you need already exists in your head. 925.work gets it out while you're on the tools. Describe it at smoko, and by knock-off you're tapping through it on your phone.
For years you had two choices. Pay monthly for a job app built for every trade at once, or pay a developer a fortune. So you used the bits that worked and kept the clipboard for the rest.
Now a working version of your own job app can exist by knock-off. Prototype the one that fits your trade and your crew, then decide whether to build it, buy something close, or leave it.
Sole traders, crew leaders, business owners and the office running it all. If you've ever thought "I could design a better app than this," this is for you.
Two fields and a button. Describe the process or tool you need in plain words.
No prompting, no back and forth, no tinkering. It builds the whole thing while you do your job. No need to keep the page open.
You get an email the moment it's done, with the link. A high quality prototype you can click, share and put in front of anyone.
No. Give it a name and a description. That's it.
Chat tools give you pieces through endless back and forth, and you still can't run or share the result. 925.work builds the whole thing in one go and gives you a working link.
High quality and working: real screens, real flows and realistic sample data. Good enough to put in front of your team, your manager or a vendor.
It's a prototype to show, test and decide on. Take it and the files to IT, a developer or your favourite AI tool when you're ready to make it real.
We email you the moment it's done, with the link to your prototype. You don't need to keep the page open or check back.
Show it. Send the link to your boss, your team or a customer and get their reaction. When you're ready to take it further, take the files to the AI tools you already use and build it properly there.
925.work builds each prototype once. We don't edit it. To change it, tweak it or add real data, take the files to an AI tool. At work, use your company's approved AI tools. In a small business or the trades, use an AI builder like Lovable, Replit, Cursor, Claude or ChatGPT. Small changes there are quick and cheap. Want a different take altogether? Start a new idea with a new description.
It stays as your original prototype, exactly as it was built. Things move slowly at work, so keep it live for 12 months for $10 and come back to it, or point any AI tool at it, whenever you need the original.
No. Nothing gets deployed and no company data goes in. It's the start of the proper process, made faster.
That's a full working day spent talking about an idea nobody can see yet. One prototype costs less, and saves the next ten.
Example prototypes for the kinds of ideas people bring to work. Every company, person and figure in them is made up.
No passwords. We'll email you a link that signs you straight in.
This isn't our privacy policy. It's the straight version of what happens to the idea you type in, who can see it, and what you should think about before you press Build it.
925.work uses AI to build your prototype. That means your words are sent to the AI providers that do the building. Here is the whole trip.
We can promise what 925.work does with your idea. We can't control what the AI providers do once it reaches them. They handle it under their own terms. So the safe rule is simple: if you wouldn't put it in an email to someone outside your business, don't put it in the description.
The prototype is filled with made-up sample data anyway. What it needs is how the tool should work, not who it's for.
An app for Acme Mining's 42 site supervisors in Kalgoorlie. Jane Smith signs off. Our rates are $185 an hour and the client is Northgate Resources.
Real company, real people, real numbers, real client.
An app for site supervisors to log daily inspections with photos, flag issues, and get a manager to sign off. Show hours and costs per job.
Same app. Nothing private in it.
No. It goes straight into the build. If something goes wrong and you ask us for help, we'll only look at what you choose to show us.
Your idea name, your description and your prototype, in your account where only you can see them. We don't read them. We also keep your email and payment record, because we have to.
Established AI model companies that run the models we build with. Your description is sent to them to do the work. Ask us at [email protected] and we'll tell you who they are.
Yes. You can take the share link down at any time, and delete the prototype and its description from your account.
Yes, if you follow the rule above: describe the idea, not the company. If your workplace has a policy on AI tools, check it first.
Want the legal version? Our privacy policy covers your account, payments and everything else.
Read the privacy policyOne payment gets you the whole thing: the app working on a live link, and every file that makes it, so you or anyone you choose can keep building it. We email you the moment it's ready.
A high quality app you can click through, not a mockup or a picture of one.
Send it to your boss, your team, your crew or a customer. They open it in a browser. Nothing to install, no account needed.
Every file that makes the app, in one download. It's yours to keep, change and build on.
Your link works for 30 days from the day your prototype is ready. That's usually plenty to show it around, get feedback and make a decision.
The prototype isn't locked inside 925.work. Download the complete app and do whatever you like with it.
925.work makes the first version of your idea. We don't edit it, tweak it or rebuild it. That's deliberate: it gets the idea out of your head in one go, then it's yours to take anywhere.

No. Your changed version lives wherever you made the changes. The 925.work link always shows the original.
Name it, describe it, press Build it. Working by 5.
Start at 9There's no right length. Write a quick paragraph and 925.work fills the gaps the way a good product team would. Write a detailed brief and it follows it. You decide how much control you want.
A few sentences about what the tool should do and who uses it is enough. 925.work works out the best way to build it, using the same standards a good product team would.
Have a clear picture? Put it all in. Paste in a full professional brief or spec, thousands of words long, and that's what gets built.
Both get you a working booking app. The short one gets a great standard version. The full brief gets yours.
None of this is required. Add whatever matters to you, skip the rest.
A short description is the quickest way to working by 5. A long, detailed brief has more to build and more to check, so it can take longer. You'll get an email the moment it's ready, whichever way you go.
A detailed brief doesn't need private information. Describe how it should work and look, but leave out real names, customer details, figures and anything confidential. Your description is processed by the AI providers that build your prototype.
It fills the gap with what most well built apps of that kind would do.
Not on 925.work. We build it once. Take the files to an AI tool to change it, or start a new idea with a new description if you want a different take.
Yes. Paste it straight in. Take out anything confidential first.
Not yet. Describe how the logo and images should look, and the prototype will use something close.
No. Write it the way you'd explain it to a colleague. Plain words work best.
No. It's $99 per prototype however much you write.
Short or long, name it, describe it, press Build it.

925.work is operated by [COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time through the Contact page.
Your idea stays yours. When a build is finished and paid for, you own the prototype files we deliver and can use, change and share them however you like. We don't claim any ownership of your idea or your prototype.
We may show a prototype in our gallery or marketing only if you give us permission first.
We can refuse or stop a build that breaks these rules. If we do, we refund it.
Each prototype costs $99 USD, paid from prepaid credits. If a build fails and we can't deliver a prototype, the credits are returned automatically. Unused credits are refunded when you close your account. Full details are on the Payments page.
We aim to have prototypes ready the same working day, usually by the afternoon, but build times can vary. We email you when your prototype is ready. Live prototype links stay up for a set period after the build, shown in your account. Download your files if you want to keep them for good.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any build is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
